My Epic Gear is all about convenience. No more lugging your skis and snowboards through the airport or your rentals to and from your lodging - you can have your gear waiting for you when you arrive or pick up and drop off easily at slopeside locations throughout your trip. Here's a breakdown of your delivery and pick-up options. You’ll choose what suits your style during the reservation process.
Gear Delivery
Ideal for guests with ski-in/ski-out accommodations or those who want all their gear in hand before arriving slopeside, delivery provides ultimate time-saving convenience. Simply reserve your gear through the My Epic app available on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Then, sit back and relax - your skis, snowboard, boots, poles, and even helmets will be delivered directly to your hotel room, condo, or vacation rental as long as it is within our delivery radius.
Remember to plan ahead for delivery. Delivery reservations need to be made at least two days before your visit and all reserving members must be present at delivery to ensure proper fit. Additionally, delivery areas may vary. We’ll confirm if we can deliver to your accommodation during the reservation process.
Slopeside Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations
Not reserving boots or helmets through My Epic Gear? For on-the-go flexibility of ski and snowboard fulfillment, our slopeside pick-up and drop-off option is a great choice. This allows you to pick up your skis/poles or snowboard at Slopeside Pickup and Dropoff locations on or near snow close to gondolas and chairlifts, eliminating the need to lug it around from the get-go. No need to worry about carrying your equipment back and forth either - simply drop it off at a designated slopeside location at the end of each day.
Keep in mind, if you are bringing your own boots a boot inspection will be required on your first visit. This can be done through delivery or with a quick stop at a Member Services location on the way to your Slopeside pick up location.
Have Both Worlds with Split Delivery
Including boots or a helmet in your reservation but don’t want to haul your skis and/or snowboard through the resort to the slopes? We wouldn’t want to either, which is why we support split delivery for our members. My Epic Gear will deliver your boots and helmet to your accommodation if within our delivery radius. Then, when you’re ready to hit the slopes, you will pick up your skis and/or snowboard at one of our convenient Slopeside Locations on or near snow and close to gondolas and chairlifts.
End of Day Options
Keep the experience easy at the end of each day. You can choose to store your skis and poles or snowboard at any slopeside location or bring them back to your accommodations. If you store slopeside, we will have your gear waiting for you at the same spot the next morning. If you have boots and or a helmet as part of your reservation, you’ll take those with you at the end of each day.
Gear Return Made Easy
At the end of your trip, you’ll drop off your gear or contact our Member Services team to arrange for My Epic Gear to pick up some or all of your gear at your accommodation. To request a gear pickup, please contact Member Services at least 48 hours before pickup is needed by calling (970) 764-0100.
If you choose to drop off your gear, keep in mind skis/poles and snowboards can be returned to Slopeside or Member Services locations but boots and helmets must be returned to a Member Services location.
