Getting gear has never been easier when it’s all in the palm of your hand in the My Epic App. Once you have your membership, you’ll create your member profile in the My Epic App. Then, you can make reservations for gear available in the Gear Room at your preferred resorts.

What You Will Need
Start Your Reservation
| Your Resort | Choose from any of the 12 participating resorts. |
| Your Dates |
Select the first and last consecutive dates you would like to use your gear. Non-consecutive days will need separate reservations. |
| Who is Going |
Choose all members of the household that will be reserving gear. All gear must be reserved by My Epic Gear Members age 18+. |

Select gear for each member of your household that you’ve selected and will be reserving gear for this trip. You will be able to select gear from past reservations, your Favorite Gear for your primary spot, or browse new gear to try. Not sure what to try? Our experts can make a recommendation for you based on your personalized member profile.
Choose to add a helmet to your reservation for an additional cost, or indicate you will bring your own boost to save on the cost of your reservation.

For Pickup or Delivery?
Slopeside Pickup
Pickup your skis or board from a base area near you or where you will be grabbing your first chair. With slopeside pickup and drop off, just show up, clip in, and go.
Delivery
Let the gear meet you where you want it. My Epic Gear will deliver your full gear reservation to accommodations within our delivery radius.
Split Delivery
Want some gear slopeside and some at your door? Split delivery allows your boots and helmet to be delivered to your selected accommodation, while your skis and poles or board is waiting for you slopeside.
Finalize Your Selections
With your dates, gear, and slopeside pickup or delivery selected, just pay for your gear reservation days and you’re all set! We’ll reach out if we need to contact you about your reservation. Keep an eye out for pre-arrival communications from My Epic Gear before your trip.
